170 foreign operators from 35 countries, representing all 5 continents. From spices and scents from Provence to butter cookies from Brittany, flowers and cheeses from Holland, beers from Belgium and Ireland, roast shank and classic sausages with sauerkraut from Germany; then Spain with paella and sangria, Greece with souvlaki, caviar, vodka, pearls, and furs from Russia; rose essence from Bulgaria and roasts from Slavic countries. And more: there will be fabrics from Flanders, Argentine asado, silverware and wooden and leather items from Africa, kosher cuisine from Israel.
THREE KILOMETERS OF TASTE, TRADITIONS, AND CULTURES

Piazza San Jacopo, always the area of local producers during the International Market, opens this year to the serving of drinks and wine and beer tastings produced by local farmers. Coldiretti will be in Piazza San Jacopo with the Campagna Amica market and many agri-food specialties, seasonal fruits and vegetables - including pumpkins, mushrooms, and chestnuts, fried ciaccas, and much more.
