The tuscany villa has high-end curated interiors and all facilities, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi), an open space kitchen, a big laundry room, 4 living rooms and 2 chimneys.

Situated at the third floor, a beautiful attic offers a playroom, a professional pool game, a card table, several board games, a sitting room with a flat-screen TV and free wifi.

The house is located in a beautiful 7.000m2 nature reserve (fully fenced) with an authentic wood and a big private pool, a decorated porch, a garden with a terrace which has a breathtaking panoramic view over the city of Arezzo and its rolling hills.

Besides the main building, the luxury Villa is composed of other external structures such as a space dedicated to the pool (with a locker room, indoor and outdoor showers) and an outbuilding adjacent to the house with a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-fired oven and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor lunch and dinner.

The villa has more than 300 private olive trees which generate an excellent Tuscan olive oil.
